Some people after no fapping for some weeks:
Talks easier to girls.
Gets stronger in the gym.
Mood swings.
Boner with the slightest touch of a girl. (Can confrim lol)
No desire to watch porn. (Can confirm aswell..) started watching again, but still no strong desire.

sometimes even just the pron youre watching messes with your head, some videos are so attractive to us because they are so abnormal. If you start getting turned on by bukkake or intense dominatrix youre probably going to become a weird person.

Benefits that I experienced during an 80-something day no-fap:
-Became much more horny and got turned on much more easily
-Physiological ED was totally cured
-Lost my virginity, girls showed more interest in me
-Became significantly more sociable and confident
The last one could be partially placebo and the third could have been a coincidence, but the first 2 were definitely solid benefits as a direct result of no-fap

mmm Ive read somewhere before about this and there is definite hormonal changes immediately post doing it but I'm unsure as to how quickly that reverts back to normal (probably not very long) and I'm unsure if those changes will have an affect on muscle growth/strength (unlikely, unless you did it immediately prior to going to the gym)

Don't be so concerned with science and verified evidence. If there is one thing i have learned in my short 25 years of life it is that everyone is different and everyone responds differently to different things. I am not saying that science is not credible for information, i am also not denying the value of verified information and scholarly sources. I am simply saying that you should try something before you judge it.
I for one have noticed that when I go several days (usually 3 to 21) without any kind of sexual release I perform better at everything I do. I can run farther, longer, and faster. I can life heavier weight, and generally feel more competitive and energized in the gym, thus increasing my performance. I also notice the simple things, like generally more socially capable, and when i read i can sustain a higher quality of focus for longer periods of time.
I think if you try nofap you will notice increased "gains" in every area of your life.

Why is this? My theory is that humans were made to have sex, and the more test levels someone has=more likely they are to have sex and would feel a greater urge to have sex. If you don't masturbate your body tries to make you want to have sex by increasing test levels. Remember humans were made to have sex, and by not fulfilling this urge your body will naturally give you an even stronger urge to have sex by increasing test. levels.

I wish I knew why the chit works, but I don't. Can confirm the improved focus and confidence, my whole demeanor changes, I can intuit women being attracted to me. I've went on several streaks, an every time I break one, I feed myself awesome thoughts to keep it going, but your thoughts an vibes aren't always the same thing bro. Now the thoughts feed me. It's good stuff.

It's only partially a placebo.
When I don't masturbate for at least three or four days I can lift about double what I normally would at the gym, no joke. It's like I'd be willing to throw my back out to lift things as heavy as possible. And that's kind of how everything is. You're anxious and motivated because the essence of your life force is trying to bleed out of you in any way possible. I know you might not believe me, but actually give it a try.
Also general mood improvement, higher test, more attraction from women, more desire to flirt, etc. Much less brain fog. I include this with an almost no carb diet (meat and eggs) four out of every five days, so that is also part if it. These two things together have probably brought my test levels up 200%. I'd be willing to get tested. I can feel it.
