which one is better jump manual or vertical jump? I already am on VJB and it gave me results but after many positive feedback on jump manual I wanted to try it. have you done any of them? which is better?

When doing programs like this, is there a general period of time after finishing the program that we should wait before starting into something else be it playing basketball or starting another program or even the same one?

I gained 5" through the jump manual 12 week program, which I finished on Monday. Havn't tested my vert since and I recall from college I always felt like I had higher jumping/speed capabilities after take a week or 2 off. Wondering if I were to wait til next week or the week after and then test my vert of perhaps I'll show more than my 5" gain I'd measured while doing the program.
