For this log I'll be taking Ronnie Coleman Signature Series Myo-Blitz XS and Testogen XR. I'm really excited about this logging opportunity as I have gotten bored of Assault, and am looking for something a bit stronger. In addition this will be the first time I have logged or even taken (for that matter) a testosterone booster. At 23, my testosterone levels should have begun to decline, and hopefully this product helps me get up to that peak that I was at when I was closer to 18. From what I understand, testosterone boosters don't 'raise' your testosterone levels above what is natural, but rather they bring you back up to that peak once your T levels begin to decline in your early twenties. So feel free to join with me as I compete for some amazing strength gains, definition, and fight for the RCSS belt (which the best log wins!!!).
Current diet goals (using myfitnesspal.com):
2550 calories per day
-> I was at 3100 before but still struggled to put on any weight. Once I get in the grove of my workout and diet I will be increasing my calories back closer to 3000. Right now I feel a bit pudgy so I will be trying to get a little bit of my 'lean' look back before the summer gets here. Slow and steady progress and weight gain seems to be the best for myself. I have made tremendous gains in the gym by eating healthy and not trying to just pack on calories. I also am hesitant of doing any sort of bulk (approximately 3500+) calories for myself as there are as many negative effects from trying to increase weight gain that fast as there are positives. Anyways, fat cells never leave, and I am in it for the long run.
50% Carbs
319g
35% Protein
223g
15% Fats
43g
Why 35% protein? I am currently taking a personal training course. Both ACSM and NCCPT (the one I am enrolled) state that damage to the liver can occur if protein consumption is above 30% of the total caloric intake. Although many bodybuilders might go on a very low carb high protein diet, it seems to me like they do not do it for a very long time (typically for competitions) and then they start to increase their carbohydrate intake afterwards. I believe that the atkin's diet is an example of this but I am not completely sure on that. Anyhow, carbohydrates are required for synthesizing protein. If you cut out all of your carbs, much of that protein is going to be wasted. Not to mention that your body will begin to consume protein for energy rather than the quick source of energy that carbohydrates offer. This will lead to slower workouts, a lethargic attitude, and less than 100% effort at the gym. So to each their own, but I will be keeping my protein around 35%
Supplements:
100% Whey Protein
Anabolic Mojito Intra Workout
Myo Blitz
Testogen Xr
Opti-Men (Might change to Orange Triad)
Omega-3
Vitamin D
Melatonin
Ai Sports Caffeine Powder (hopefully will not be needed as long as the Myo Blitz is strong enough for me)
Yohimbe (possibly. I have had some issues the first few times I have taken it)
Current Max Lifts (completed not calculated):
300 - Squat
375 - Deadlift
245 - Bench
Video logs will be primarily of attempting new records on those main 3 lifts.
Typical Lifts:
80 EZ Bar Curl
50 DB Curl
120 Tricep Pulldown
135 Incline Bench
45 DB Fly
45 DB Shoulder Press
50 Wide Grip Pullups
50 Decline Situps
****************** Very subject to change. I change up my sets and reps all the time. These are not 1rm's just what I typically do in my normal routine.
Bodyweight:
155
Height:
5'6
Not sure what routine I would like to do yet so I will post that and maybe some progress photos later tonight.

In for gainz. Nice diet. I'm currently on a 4000 calorie diet, while eating 99% clean. Its hard, but so far i've been keeping it up. carbs- 35% , 35% protein and 30 fats for me. I eat up to 400g of protein a day. Hopefully my liver survives my bulk.
Goodluck. Looking good so farPikes Brother, Gamma Tau Chapter. Phi Phi bros

***Day 1***
First Impressions:
It seemed like it took forever for the myo-blitz and testogen xr to arrive, but I guess waiting makes the heart grow fonder or something along those lines. Really glad that I finally got to try it today, and to make it even better, Day 1 was after a short 'vacation' so I was more ready than ever to get back into the gym and kill some weights! Since I was unable to lift yesterday (long drive), saturday (wedding), or friday (rehearsal dinner etc), Monday became an Arms day rather than the usual chest day. It feels a little bit different, but I managed to get a great workout in regaurdless.
Taste:
Myo-Blitz (the pre workout) flavor was "Fruit Punch Fusion". For a long time I took bodyfortress creatine which was also fruit punch so I am not a huge fan of it. However, people who don't mind the generic flavor that most pre workouts come in probably will like it a bit more than me. I'll give it an 8 since I liked it more than most fruit punch flavors. Personally, I enjoy anything that is 'out of the box' and different. For instance, my BCAA's flavor is Mojito lol. After a quick look at the store link in post #1, I now see that the Myo-Blitz comes in Blue Razz, and Watermelon Rage.
Taste is important, but I would drink cow piss if it gave me a huge pump and massive gains.
Testogen (the test booster) flavor was "Strawberry Lemonade". NOW WE ARE TALKIN'!!! This was delicious and one of my favorite flavors. I don't understand why the Myo-Blitz could not have also been Strawberry Lemonade (or one of the other two flavors that it comes in for that matter lol). Ronnie Coleman should look into that. 9.5 out of 10, really good, I enjoyed the flavor a lot and will look forward to drinking it time and time again on some nice and warm sunny days.
Mixibility:
10 for both. There arn't many pre-workout, bcaa, or other supplements that have trouble mixing in more than 2 shakes with a blender bottle. Mixibility is really only relevant in protein powders and mass gainers.
Energy:
I drank the Testogen Xr first before my workout, approximately 20minutes before I was actually curling weights. About 30 seconds after drinking it, I immediately felt the effects. It was similar to a strong pre-workout and you could probably take it alone and have a great time at the gym. During the drive I drank the Myo-Blitz, and it just added to the affect. At one point a van was stopped during my drive to the gym. As I came up to it pass it, a little kid DARTS right in front of my car without looking. It was like I saw into the future, and was able to slam on my breaks before he was hit! Sorta serious lol. Anyways, the energy was flowing and I of course was FLYING to the gym to get started. Once there, I had a great workout. My energy level was a lot along the lines of the old ACG3 pre-workout formula with 1,3 before that reformulated it (heard C4 was also like that before they changed it up). VERY strong energy and focus in the gym. It also lasted my entire hour 15ish workout. At the end I still felt good to go to 'rep out situps' which is a great feeling and way to end a tough workout (assuming you have enough energy to still move). So needless to say, I was impressed by the energy it gave me. It truly is one of the most powerful I have taken, and if you are stimulant tolerant I would recommend this stack.
More Energy than:
C4
Assault
Bodyfortress
BPI B4
MRI Black Powder
And most others that I have taken. The only one that is comparable to it was like I said.. ACG3.. but they reformulated that so even that probably isnt as good as the energy that these two supplements together garner.
Good possibility that these (taken together) are number 1 on the market at the moment for the energy that they give.
9.5/10. Excellent! Really happy that I wont have to throw in any extra caffeine in there. It might have killed me lol.
Pump
8.75/10
Solid pump during my workout. I was really happy to see how my arms swelled up while lifting and my veins were looking pretty huge.
************************************************** ************************************************** *********
Warning: If lifting next to mirrors, you might find yourself flexing and 'mirin your hard work!
This was a brief initial review. It is day 1 so some numbers are going to go up, some might go down depending on how it goes until the end of the log. The numbers and my feeling towards these products is strong though, and I have no doubt that they will continue to perform until the end. In my final post I will do a longer review on the taste, pump, energy, etc.

^great review. i second the cow piss. always up for pumps. I agree on the tastes and when combined together, this has got to be one of the strongest energy and drive cocktails on the market.

*** Day 2 ***
Back Attack!
Solid workout today. Since we are showing our house and preparing to move, I had to grab lunch and head right to the gym. Sadly.. when I arrived I realized that I didn't bring my belt! So I was not sure how much effort I would be able to put into my deadlifts. It turned out ok, I was unable to hit my goal of 385x1 but I did manage to tie my max lift at 375x1 and my form looked a little bit better than last week that I attempted it. In addition, I did it without a belt. Hopefully next week I will remember it and be able to hit that 385x1. If I don't I will keep my last one rep at 375 and increase my 'warmup' sets. Other than that there were no issues with my workout today. I adopted one of Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson's routines but have made a few changes, and added some exercises to it. Just having some different exercises than what I am used to should really help me push myself and see some new muscle definition. One of the exercises I attempted for the first time was the lower back extension machine. Normally I just hold a 25lb plate and do 25 reps of hyperextensions. It was a bit different but I enjoyed it and felt like I was able to push myself pretty hard on the machine. I'm glad that it had a seatbelt on there otherwise I'd fly off the thing!
The energy and the pump was again SOLID just like I expected after using it the first time. I didn't sleep well last night and had to get some coffee in the morning with lunch. After taking the supplements I was ready to ROCK n ROLL! Tomorrow will be a rest day but I will probably throw in some abdominal work.

*** Day 3 ***
Chest and Shoulders
You might see chest and shoulders and go.. wait.. wahhh?! But yep.. sometimes you need to just buckle down and double down on your workouts. As some of you know I was away across the country for my sisters wedding and just got back a couple days ago. While out there I did manage to scoot in one half assed shoulder workout, but it wasn't good enough. So I decided to take the opportunity to make up for my lack of effort and really hit my deltoids and trapezius. After eating a decent chicken salad for lunch, I drank my Myo-Blitz and Testogen in the gym parking lot. I started noticing some affects of the drinks almost immediately, but decided to do 5 minutes of a warmup on a bike in order to make sure I would get the full effect when I started to bench press. I got my chest workout done and actually managed to hit a NEW PERSONAL BEST! 250x2! Ez! The only issue was that halfway through my third set I felt a twinge in my right anterior deltoid. It bothered me on my next sets of dumbbell fly's and pretty much through the rest of my workout. It was not that bad and I probably just held the barbell at a bad angle when I brought it down, or possibly hyperextended my shoulder bringing the bar all the way to my chest. Either way, it has happened before and normally goes away in a day or two so nothing to worry about.
After my chest exercises I decided to keep pushing and make up for my shoulder workout that I did poorly last week. This consisted of most of Dana Lynn Bailey's Delt Homicide routine. It is heavy on the posterior deltoids and traps. Definitely hit my traps hard and I was really happy with how they were looking in the mirror since that has been a 'weak point' I have been trying to focus on.
As far as my diet goes, it has been at about 60% of where I'd like it to be. Still getting back into the groove of things after the mini vacation and we have been showing our house getting ready to move. It makes it difficult to cook chicken etc when you can't have your house smelling when people come over to take a look at it.

*** Day 5 ***
Whew.. What a leg day! This was one of the best leg days that I have had in a longgg time. Although I couldn't quite hit my PR of 300x1 for a squat, I really killed my legs. After failing at the 300, I lowered the weight back to about 275 and did a rep there, as well as a couple single reps at 285. Afterwards, my front squats were just as rough on me. I suppose the reason for this is that I have been focusing a lot more on my form for some of my lifts. I am trying to perfect my squat and bench press as well as slow down the movements for other muscle groups so I get a really nice burn and workout out of it. Got to tare down those muscle fibers 'nom sayin?! After my workout I did some situps and cardio so I can lean out a little bit before summer gets here. Then I made my way to the library. I literally couldn't walk from my car to the library, and had to gave up halfway through the parking lot. Crazy cramps in my leg, I know I will be feelin the burnnnn tomorrow! Nothing like a great leg day to keep your weekend rollin'.

Love the video. I know exactly how you feel. Had my best friend just drop down and fall in the middle of the parking lot on our way into the mall after football practice. funniest thing ive ever seen. this big 270+ lineman just fall and break out into a sweat. But dont worry i'll helped him up and carried him inside.

So far my workouts have been INCREDIBLE with Myo-Blitz and Testogen. I have really been enjoying the almost INSTANT boost it has been giving me for my workouts. Legitimately I feel it within a minute of drinking it and the full effects last through my long ass workouts. Tomorrow will be biceps and triceps so I will sure to post a nice video when I get my pump going
