Today I mixed the creatine and peak ( fruit punch and blue raspberry) tasted freaken awesome. Had the pump extreme normal because it taste like sweetly delicious lemonade. Can drink that every day I swear that stuff tastes really good!
Worked out with my brother since it will be his 2nd day. Did a light load today with high volume. Plan on pumping out another workout later today. Anyway here is what I did so far for today.
Flat Bench 45lb x 25, 45 x25, 95x 25, 95x20
Incline bench 45 x 25, 45x24, 45x22, 45x19
Over head press 3 set of 45x20. Last set was struggle to get the 20th rep.
Barbell bicep curls 3 set of 45x15.
Wasn't using alot of weights because currently most weights are sitting in a tub of vinegar letting the rust come off. Not to mention workout with my undertrained brother. Anyway was feeling the workout with the high volume regardless of the weight.
I wanted my brother and I to do deadlifts and barbell rows but feeling bit fatigued... so gonna call it off for now and we can hit it later at night.
Pretty proud of my brother got him to push himself a bit.Strive to be the better self that one could possibly be.

peak 400 lemon lime mixed with con-cret pineapple is amazing together!! great taste. still using 2 scoops of con-cret and one scoop of peak 400.
and then taking down pump extreme separate. tomorrow ill be going for 2 scoops of pump extreme.
tomorrow will be legs and cardio n abs! feeling good adding more cardio in to help the slow cut down! feeling great! don't mind losing some of the strength when dropping weight because theres nothing better than the great pump from higher reps!!!
addicted to the pump!!!!***Follow me on Instagram @JLUD12 and I'll follow you***

Great home gym setup, A! Sounds like you got a nice deal on all of that equipment.Caring about what people think of you is useless. Most people don't even know what they think of themselves.

Yesterday just completely rested from using weights. I decided to work on cleaning the rust from my weights. Bought about 23 gallons of vinegar and placed it in a huge plastic container and placed all of my rusted weights. Left only 90 lb of plates to use while let my rusted plates sit in the vinegar for 3-5 days depending on how fast they react with the vinegar.
Today took 1 scoop of each supplement. Really digging the lemon lime flavor lol so took it at the end after my creatine and peak 400.
Worked on deadlifts
Warm up set 45lb x 30 ,45x25, light set 90lbx 25, 90x20, 135x25, 135x20.
Pullups/chin-ups
BW x5, BWx5 , 3x BWx
1 holding 10 sec at the top and slowly coming down
Barbell rows 45x 10, 45x8, 45x5.
After doing those feeling pretty light headed so now just gonna enjoy the rest of my day. The sun is really nice outside might enjoy nice stroll later.
Thanks dude! Always nice to workout with family members and see them progress as well.
Thanks lonnie!
Thanks swooshie! They do taste delicious! Yeah was a nice deal!!Strive to be the better self that one could possibly be.

Today is chest which I crushed this morning!!!! And then triceps after work!!!!
Tomorrow morning I'll do a lil vid for some core work and drop it later in the day!!

Loved splitting up chest n triceps yesterday. Energy was crazy high at 245 am for chest.
Bench, flat DB press, incline bench, incline DB press and cable crossovers.
Tip for cable crossovers?? Don't lean forward to much. Stand up straight, out a little to fully stretch the chest but make sure you squeeze down n drive your arms down to pump the chest and work on the lower chest.
I always go in the 12-20 range because if you give a 1-2 second squeeze on each rep you will pump the chest up quick!!***Follow me on Instagram @JLUD12 and I'll follow you***

this morning was back and rear delts.
i have been killing my rear delta this whole offseason to really bring my shoulders to a whole new level. feel stronger for sure on the moves....
today my favorite was bent over raises on the pulley station. thumbs down and can really feel it working. did this right after my last set of tbar rows....kept the pump moving.
another great thing about working out in the am is the intensity to make sure i get everything in before work.
i have been loving my stack thus far! anyone have any discomfort with con-cret? i haven't had any issues but still read about some people with stomach discomfort.***Follow me on Instagram @JLUD12 and I'll follow you***
