Well all I can say is no flip flops, period. There are only two places I would even think of wearing any kind of flip flops and that would be maybe at some beach or around the house or pool. Never out somewhere on the town. To me it denotes some kind of immaturity from when another so called man is acting like some kind of child or when they were frolicking around at some pool or beach as a kid in flip flops. Just a very un- manly type of practice that files right under men getting "pedicures". Ridiculous.
Flip flops look too weird to me and too gay somehow on a grown man. Maybe the word or name I'm looking for here is "Peter Pan". When I see a dude at least 50 and he is wearing jeans and look down and he is wearing flip flops on his ugly feet, my opinion of him will drop big time. Sorry, that's just me and apparently a lot of folks that are American on this board. I also think that flip flops are unsanitary. As for a nice pair of leather sandals that are sort of closed but breathable as well I think they are kind of stylish and acceptable for men to wear out and around in public if it's really hot outside. Maybe those type you would see someone wear that are like brown leather but breathable like the ones you would see on someone going on safari or something. Anything but flip flops. Come on brahs, geesh!?!?

I think boat shoes or casual loafers look a lot better, and I wear them more than flip flops, especially to bars and parties. However, dem humid Midwest summers. Sometimes I get tired of sweaty feet and flip flops are great for that.
Gotta have a good looking pair though. I have brown leather rainbows I really like. Would buy again. Have had sanuks in the past that I really like as well.Alpha Beard Crew | S&P | Misc Lawyer Crew | Fishing Crew

Yes i wear them when i'm going to the beach/camping, kicking around at a bbqIt's not enough.
I need more.
Nothing seems to satisfy.
I don't want it.
I just need it.
To breathe, to feel, to know I'm alive.
