i think i judged this Ian guy too early. He came off as a mr. know it all. After i seen all the videos, including the q& a, hes an allright guy. At the q and a he acted as his therapist, lol. In the gym he acted as a chiropracter/ mini doctor, lol. Its all good. It seems he makes jason feel a connection, i know jason just shows him more respect than others cause hes also a so called "youtube celebrity". Nonetheless its good to see ol Sith smiling and getting out of his blank stare, well more than other vids. However half of ians ideas are more textbook talk, and dont apply to bodybuilding. Alot of times, u cant stand "perfectly still" while lifting. You have to get aggressive and move a little wild. He did, as the real pros like gaspari, etc, show him about proper form. Lets see if any thing sticks.

Hes got those little tidbits of knowledge that are nice; small things to avoid on certain heavy lifts so you dont tear your **** up, and small things to focus on on certain lifts to increase the mind muscle connection.
Did some standing cable chest flies today, focused on bring the upper arms together in a perfect arc and damn if I didnt feel the interior cleavage of my chest poppin...
poptart is pretty silly overall but its like adding a sprinkle of knowledge to regular ments....not bad
seconded that he trains like a a huge poocy and has poor genetics; he'll never grow a solid physique.......still dont mind tho....wouldnt mind more lifters who can properly dictate how to do exercises correctly and what to avoid....thats a rarity....
and lol @ adam this weekend. love that guy he needs to start a new channel for the adam harper show. went from kinda not liking adam crew to hes the GOAT. mirin the lifestyle and lacks of ****s to be given lol. just so shameless with the blondie at the barSD Brah
