I hope Adam doesn't make Jason hit 170 before he pays him, Jason would just dehydrate himself and wither away to get that poverty moolah.
Adam and Jason should be looking ahead to the next local competition and then set some proper goals. We just need to find Jason a politics coach so he doesn't get robbed this time.

But at what cost? Jason does not know how to do a proper cut. In his mind he would be able to lose enough 'water weight' to hit 170 so he'd starve himself, dehydrate himself, and likely nearly die by sitting in the sauna.
And let's not forget all the supps he's likely sneaking behind Adam's back, he looked very sick in some of his more recent vids and taking them as casually as he did could not have been good for him.
Even if he did make it to 170 to impulsively get his money (which Adam originally agreed to give to him without stipulation), he would have lost so much muscle mass that being at 10% would not be that impressive. Would he have abs? maybe. would it be worth sacrificing his hard earned gains? no
There is a proper way to go about cutting body fat and him and Adam need to sit down, write a long term workout and diet plan, film it, and then follow it.

That's a reality they'll have to discuss. bodybuilding is a long term development, it takes a long time for your body to put on quality muscle mass and i doubt he has the abdominal muscles to show through even at 170 lbs. Generally a good core will show through even at 15 %, the majority of the other guys on the channel, like Chuck and Adam, are proof of that. I'm worried he'd make 170 and the lack of fat wouldn't compensate for the lack of muscle.
I know he won't follow the diet. I know he'll cheat. But I think a drawn out plan would help. You see Jason in a lot of the vids asking Adam what he is and isn't allowed to eat. If it was written down he'd have a constant reference. And I'd also like to see a workout plan so he could get down to business in the gym instead of wasting his time there. Some days he shouldn't have even bothered showing up. After Rich Gaspari he tried to copy Rich's exact workout from memory (which was entertaining to hear about and see) but he didn't learn the right form, his sets and reps are always completely random, and he didn't understand why those particular exercises made up a good shoulder workout.
The obvious point we all get is he needs constant hand holding and Adam can't be there all the time, some direction (especially in the gym) would provide some consistency and help with setting goals for the future.

I've said this a few times in these threads. Everybody gets on Brianna's case but you can tell Adam pushes her buttons for the ments. And after just a few weeks of Adam training JG, he began mentioning that Brianna was getting sick of all the time he was spending on him. I'm surprised Brianna hasn't put more of a squeeze on the time they spend together...I'd be willing to bet all the vacations they take are bargaining chips from Adam or last ditch efforts to keep their marriage afloat. They certainly don't seem to enjoy spending time with each other when the camera is on lol

PJ gave him a workout and a diet plan in details and we all saw what happened. Only way to make Jason follow his diet is to put him in fat camp and let him have no outside food.
Also, Jason knows what he is allowed and what he isn't allowed to eat. He just acts stupid as an excuse to cheat on his diet. As Andrew said, he is actually smarter than he makes himself to be.

This he knows exactly what he can and cant eat. He called me up yesterday asking if it was a good idea putting up a video asking for donations. After i told him he would get in trouble im surprised he still put it up. We went on to talk about how he was doing and he told me that he cheated during passover because it was cruel not to do so with his family. It sad how much he says he wants to make it but his actions say other wise.

lmao, I always find it funny how many of you guys casually talk to Jason on text/the phone.
The biggest issue with "eating clean" is the fact that it's often arbitrary and subjective... We all know raw fruits/vegetables are "clean" but what about something like a Subway sub - say turkey breast on whole wheat with all the vegetables and only mustard. I know the bread isn't 100% whole wheat and the meat is far from organic grain-fed turkey, but it's not exactly a "cheat"... You get a serving or two of veggies and a good quantity of fibre plus some protein with a reasonably good amino acid profile.
It's a silly way to live/diet. Jason will never get it "right" because (a) he loves to eat his junk food (who doesn't?); (b) he's following someone else's idea of what constitutes "clean" foods, and (c) because it doesn't necessarily put him in a caloric deficit to lose weight
That's why he's always asking Adam things like: "they have iced tea, I can have that, right?" Because we all know our bodies somehow know the difference/absorb "natural" sugars differently (lol...)Last edited by Zwicker; 04-17-2014 at 05:02 AM.

anyone in the UK may have seen "Secret Eaters", last night a lady on there was drowning her food in olive oil and was amazed when told it was high in calories
