1. Adam has admitted on camera he doesn't think Jason will make it. I think he will continue to record videos for ments like Andrew does but I think he will be pretty relaxed on training him from now.

2. I think weighing Jason at inconsistent times really fuarks him up mentally. Like with the bodyfat machine which alternated a lot, weighing him at random times is very, very inconsistent. Come on, if you drink 3L of water then that's 3kg/6-7lbs of weight. That's quite a lot. If you drink or eat during the day then it's just not smart to do it. He needs to weigh him in the morning after a crap/before he's eaten to get an accurate reading. I think Jason probably weights himself in the morning lower and then eats/drinks and Adam tells him he's more and that just fuarks him up and messed with his head.

I wonder if Adam told Jason that drinking water actually helps you weigh less in the long term? As in the more water you drink, the more water you pee out? Also drinking a lot of water has been linked to a higher metabolism.... in any case, I miss Adam's hyped up attitude of "IM GONNA GET JASON to 10% AND PROVE YOU HATERS WRONG."

The main bright light about this whole thing was that we saw Jason with a six pack. Anybody remember that from a month or two back? It was shot under the lights at Delray Fitness and he actually looked pretty damn good.
