    I'm really happy of what i have accomplished so far but it feels like im still way too small.. Im thinking of getting bigger like more muscle mass and im clueless of what kind of workout routines or the calorie intake and all that jazz and btw what do you think am i lacking and need to work on more? Im gonna post a leg picture when i get a chance

    no offence but you seem like a curlbro, could you post a pick of shoulders and back, those are usually the ones where you can see how serious someone is about their lifting.

    im currently 141lbs bench 205 Squat 275 Deadlift 295. I've been stuck at 205 ever since i dropped 225 on me lol and dont tell me to ask for spot cuz i go to the gym 6 am in the morning and there is nobody else in there but me and now im scared to go heavier but i think my squats and deadlift is just fine and as for bulking i think would be a great idea.

    I think you guys are mistaken this for a cutting thread xD i started working out 8 months ago meaning from being a noob to where i am right now. Cant you seee the before pic? Not much muscle definition you can just tell by the chest and the before pic was actually taken in mid november (i look way worse than that when i first started) that leaves me with just 4 and half months of not only losing pounds but gaining muscle hell did you think i went from bulking to just cutting for 8 long ass months haha noooo xD
