Its been awhile since ive been on the site but I'm looking for a new program. I was going to try my own but it wasnt the same haha. I was doing layne norton's phat but I got tired of it. I lost a lot of weight due to my surgery but I am back so I am looking to build more strength and mass.
Any suggestions?

Looking for a new program
Currently on a cut.
Starting Weight: 180
Goal 9-10%
Best Lifts Last updated: 02/10/13
Bench: 235 1x1 *while cutting
Deadlift: 335 1x1 *while cutting
Squat: 265 1x2
Military Press: 135 1x3
Barbell Row: 205 1x5
