I'm almost out of animal pak multi's and I'm considering taking on opti-men. I've been using animal pak for a while but I think opti-men might be better because it's cheaper for more servings, less pills and seems to have a good list of ingredients......anyone try both and have an opinion or recommend another multi? thanks!

Nutritional ketosis requires explicit reduction of CHO intake to generally lower than 50 g/d and, for some, <30 g/d. Protein must also be restricted, often to <1.8 g/d per kg body mass and sometimes to < 1.2 g/d per kg, with remaining calories composed from fat.

I believe Orange Triad and Aninal Pak are the best multis available on the market. If it's an issue with money, then sure, go with Opti-men. If not and you want one of the best and quality multis on the market, OT or Animal Pak are your best bet.
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

9,900 IU Vitamin A (overkill, could be harmful over the long term)
1,000 mg Vitamin C (overkill)
680 IU Vitamin D (underdosed)
300 IU Vitamin E (overkill, it definitely is harmful over the long term)
0 mcg Vitamin K (????????)
180 mg Vitamin B6 (high dose, not necessarily harmful)
11 mcg Vitamin B12 (very underdosed compared to many top brands)
2 g Calcium (high dose, not necessarily harmful)
400 mg Magnesium Oxide (poorest form of Mag available)
30 mg Zinc Oxide (poorest form of Zinc available)
600 mcg Copper Sulfate (zinc:copper ratio off, should be 10:1 with good forms)
5 mg Manganese (could be harmful, our diets contain 6-8 mg on average... fumes/air/water contain a bit more. Best not to exceed 4-5 mg in a supplement)
60 mcg Chromium (low dose, poor form)
0 mcg Molybdenum & Boron (?????????)
25 mg Carnitine & 5 mg COQ10 (does nothing at these dosage levels)
400 mg PABA (the highest dose I've ever seen in a multi by a long shot, not sure if safe or what)
1,330 mg Phosphorous (not something you typically see in multis, especially so high, could be harmful)
Amino Acid Complex and other additives (expensive piss)
I would never buy pak, but if I had them on hand already then I would definitely take just one packet per day instead of the recommended two packets.
