I need a good gainer to reach my macros during the bulking stage. I myself have short listed these 3:
* Universal Nutrition Real Gains
* Dymatize Elite Mass Gainer
* Prolab N-Large3
Plz tell your views about these 3 or advise any other if you think that is better than these 3. Flavor doesn't matter much to me.

Whole foods are going to be your best option over a weight gainer OP. You say office hours can prevent times to eat. If that's the case, prepare your meals ahead of time and take them into work and heat them up in the microwave. I bring 2 meals with me and I get an hour lunch(first meal) and cook the food and bring it back to me desk for my second meal.
If this still won't work for you, try creating your own weight gainer shake. 2 scoops protein, milk, oats, peanut butter, fruits(strawberry's, banana, blueberries). You can easily make a 1,000-1,300 calorie shake with these foods mixed in. My friend does this and has 2 a day.
If you really want to be lazy about it and not make your own gainer, then I'd recommend BSN True Mass or Universal Real Gains. Only differences of most gainers are going to be calories and profile on the label.Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

Every single topic that asks for a gainer advice has same replies: make your own. What if I don't want to/can't make my own. Maybe money is not an issue for me, but time is. Is there an advantage of using my own formula other than it costs way less? If there is, I will do it, if not I really don't want to bother just for the money. I need to do this at work and need to be done quickly.

Never bought a gainer before.. I usually make my own.. but im considering Universal.. at first I was all about On Complex gainer..
Im in the same boat as some people, time saver.. already opening up and scooping whey into a mixer.. why not make it a gainer, think i only really save 10 bucks if that. Thats 10 bucks i wont have to buy a beer and get water with my friends.

Out of the 3 you chose real gains is the best...profile and taste are great...inner armour mass peak and hard mass gainer are 2 more options for ya...also as stated you can make your own but I personally like the convenience of a mass shake...def look at nutrition section to see your daily needs and then make sure your going for a caloric surplus to ensure your gains

I second the notion of spending that money on food at the grocery store rather than shakes. Putting on mass is actually quite easy as long as you are committed to it. Many claim they want to add size but are scared sh-tless of bodyfat. Simply eat 6 times a day, good sized portions each and every time and you'll be putting on mass very quickly.

There is nothing wrong with any of the products you listed but know that a "gainer" is just a powder/liquid form of calories. The something, meaning same amount of calories consumed, can be achieved via regular food. A gainer will not do anything more then regular food will when it comes to gaining muscle tissue.
I would suggest making your gainer to fit your calorie/macronutrient needs.
I personally like to do something like
1 cup of milk
1 cup of water
1-2 cup of oats
2 scoops of a protein powder
fruit.
Easy several hundred calories right there.Six Star Pro Nutrition Lead Rep
