So the only reason I'm asking this is because someone told me it's not normal which got me kinda paronoid and I wanted to get an opinion through you guys. So I started weighing myself everyday. Two days ago I hit my lowest weight. I weighed myself at night, then ate dinner. I stayed in my deficit although went slightly over my normal consumption, still burning more than I ate. Next day I attended a social event, where I ended up eating over my burned cals by about a few hundred-maybe a thousand. I told myself it'd be ok, as I did a lot of physical activity that day and would return to my regular diet the next day. I weighed myself today and it was 10 lbs heavier than it was two days ago. Is this normal? I know weight usually fluctuates a bit but I didn't think it could fluctuate by 10 lbs. Besides the last two days I've been really good the past week and a half. Will the weight drop back to normal as I return to my regular activities/diet? And did I do any real damage?

It is normal. Sodium and carbs causes water retention. And yes it will drop again after 3-4 days
ChillaxIf it was easy, everyone would be shredded
