do any of you guys actually do high reps? 12+?
sometimes i do on legs just because
well also for my last set of my final exercise i do a drop set if it's a push or a pull day just to get a monstrous pump
i remember when kai told us to do 20 reps of every exercise and i didnt make superior gains at all. just strictly endurance lol. i made worse gains than when i was training the way i was prior to that and the way i train now (same way)

dumbbell rows, leg extension, leg curls, calves, shrugs 12+ reps, rest 8-10
i can't take him seriously tho, didn't he used to claim natty lol. But I remember the first 2 months of lifting, I did like 13 ish reps for bench.. started with 30 lbs dumbbells and hit 2 plates in 4 months so he could be right idk. Can't really test because its hard to see what works and what doesn't

I do them on bent over raises and lateral raises, and I sometimes do them on tricep pushdowns. A high focus on high rep training on almost all movements is not particularly good advice IMO.
