So as use know my ex and i broke up. 3 year relationship.

I posted on instagram that i was going out that night to clubs.

She msgs me saying not to go out and ill catch up with you tomorow

The next day we hit the gym together. After the gym she tells me "this isnt working out, i dont want to keep hurting you but i feel we are just pro longing this."

I was in shock and devasted, i said my final words to her, blocked her from everything and here i am now. I dont know what to say or do, im a bit lost.

I had everything i wanted BACK and then lost it all over again in less than 24 hours.

Gets easier man promise. The first two week of no contact suck hard but once your over that hill things improve quickly. Just surround yourself with mates/ family and try to not be alone for a while.
