6 would be the bare minimal. i noticed changes in recovery when i was at 6 hours of sleep at constant.

I don't ever get more then 6 hours of sleep hardly. Maybe 1 day a week I get over 6 hours of sleep and I feel fine and I know a few famous bodybuilders that have said they only typically get about 6 hours of sleep a night, one of them being Dexter jackson. I I wouldn't recommend only getting 6 but if that's all you can get then that's all you can get possibly squeeze in a nap but I wouldn't freak out about it. Just go by how you feel!

From what I understand, 70% of HGH is produced during sleep, so if I were you, I'd try to get more sleep and just see if that impacts your results at all. The key is to experiment with your sleep, diet, and training program. There's no one-size-fits-all in the world of bodybuilding; your body is unique.
