Not sure if SRS or troll.
Won't hurt you once, but personally, I couldn't function on less than 8. My workouts would be p**s poor.

lol. You're way over-thinking this. No, one slightly lower than average night of sleep is not going to affect your workout three days later.

You make most of your gainz when your sleeping! And that's the perfect time to recover! Sleep is very important, I need Atleast minimum 8 hrs a night or I won't be able to function the next day!

I don't ever get more then 6 hours of sleep hardly. Maybe 1 day a week I get over 6 hours of sleep and I feel fine and I know a few famous bodybuilders that have said they only typically get about 6 hours of sleep a night, one of them being Dexter jackson. I I wouldn't recommend only getting 6 but if that's all you can get then that's all you can get possibly squeeze in a nap but I wouldn't freak out about it. Just go by how you feel!

From what I understand, 70% of HGH is produced during sleep, so if I were you, I'd try to get more sleep and just see if that impacts your results at all. The key is to experiment with your sleep, diet, and training program. There's no one-size-fits-all in the world of bodybuilding; your body is unique.
