A very carb depleted Jose Luis Rodriquez Oyola 1 week out of the 2014 Amateur Arnold Classic in Rio De Janeiro. Jose is already at his best ever but I promised him that next week he will shock himself. He will arrive Rio Tuesday morning and then it's time for us to do the final touches with carbing him up and drying him out at the same time. Look for Jose to do real well in Brazil. - DJ

Julio Balestrin 1 week out of his pro debut at the Arnold Classic Brazil. Last years Amateur Arnold Brazil overall winner Julio is anxious to get on stage in his home country. He is ready to mix it up with the big league and get his feet wet at his first ever pro contest.
The final week we will dedicate to condition and mor fullness. If you know Julio then you know that condition won't be an issue at all so we will focus on getting him a bit fuller while he's getting harder and drier. - DJ

Yeah even when hes kinda off, its his glutes+hams that almost never get in shape.

What I mean is they are usually in great condition, but in that pic they look ridiculous (best I've ever seen them), should be very very interesting to see what he brings on stage.

Those pics of Lionel are probably the leanest pre-show pics I've seen of him in the past 3-4 years. Prior to that I don't recall at all. Looks damn good and honestly, I think he could win the show. Another week to make further improvements, then carb up for the show to come in full... awesome!

Baito Abbaspour 10 days out of the Arnold Classic Brazil. Baito added some size and now it's only a matter of dialing it in. The Arnold Brazil will be his last open Men show and after this weekend it's on to the 212 in order to stir things up a bit. - Dennis James

Bonac wasn't dwarfed at all by Rhoden, so I doubt that Beyeke will dominate him with mass. However Bonac is extremely complete, full and will be shredded and dry. He really is heath-esque.

Although, Beyeke's structure vs Bonac's will be an addition to the battle.

I'll reserve my judgement until the day of the show but from what I'm able to picture, it'll a good comparison but I have Beyeke pushing him with the size and structural advantage..let's wait and see how it plays out.

He's shorter than Heath and his frame is even worse than Heaths.

I like the guy and think he can be a good competitors, but his frame is really one of the worst I've ever seen on a top competitors.





Beyeke will absolutely dwarf him width wise and his waist will probably even be narrower. Bonac really was blessed and cursed. On one hand he has probably the best muscle bellies/insertions in the IFBB, on the other hand he has no width and an average width waist.

If Beyeke comes in close to 100%, I see him beating Bonac, if some of the other top guys come in off, I see Bonac doing very well.
