Because of my superiority complex Seriously I started doing IF over a year ago then it just morphed into eating in a 3 hour window. I still get 1900k/day all my macros and micros and lots of comfort foods (IIFYM) The 21 hour fasts feel like nothing now. (bragging again I know) The 40 hour one is just to challenge myself. I will probably never go over 40 as I don't see any benefits from going further. Right now I feel like I can climb Mt Everest. Going to work out then break the fast with a few cups of veggies then its Pizza, berries, whipped cream, and lots of eggs.

I guess whatever floats your boat.
If you are seeing results and making progress that's ultimately counts.
Whatever happened to the days when people took pride and challenges in their training, PRs, getting stronger, faster, etc..Rather than how long they can go without food?BRAINS & GAINS
Strong Mind + Strong Body = UNSTOPPABLE

This was take a couple of days ago. I am not skinny. I am cutting to 165 for Summer then will add a couple pounds of lean muscle for the following Summer. I have done the whole bodybuilding thing. Just having fun with it now. (Hope by posting this picture I come out looking like my self centered self)
Tip for future: Don't work out after a 40 hour fast. I was dizzy, tongue kept going numb and it just wasn't a good idea for me.
