Nice work mate, was supposed to weigh in on the day you competed but slept in, awesome work, can't to see what you do at nats. Also in every single one of my lifting vids you seem to position yourself i front of the camera and tense your back

Ah, damn. No worries.
Was browsing around the proraw boards and saw that you used to have one, but it looked like all your posts had been deleted from it. Was just curious because it seems you guys down at PTC have a pretty interesting training style.
Keep up the good work man.www.PowerliftingToWin.com

Well, I don't want to lump all of PTC into one barrel, but from what I know about Martin's training he has done periods of training a squat, press, pull every workout, six times a week. I know other guys at PTC follow a Coan/Dan Greenesque linear periodization which is usually still high volume, high frequency with each lift trained ~2x per week and massive amounts of assistance work.
Just different than the typical American powerlifting programs.www.PowerliftingToWin.com

sick total indeed. looking forward to you giving Norris a run for his money :P
PTC Method is BRUTAL. been on it for last 3 weeks and I absolutely love it. Very similar to Coan but the working sets are based on percentages and you do 3 top sets instead of 2. the assistance is much more gruelsome aswell. for example on deadlift day I do 3 sets of my pull from floor, deficits, block pulls, and more lat work than you can fathomtrying to get strong again

You're pretty much right, I mean there are a few guys that aren't coached by max that do there own things but the ones that do get coached are on a program very similar to coans, as far as frequency it's very individualised for each person. Martin was doing his own thing until not too long ago, I think he either started training with max for proraw prep or after proraw
