i didnt get to enjoy alot of it cuz to be honest, i was fukking dying.....we started with the falling waters trail and passed a beautiful waterfall on our way up to little haystack or lafeyette or some****......after the summit we took off for a little hut which saved me cuz i was becoming dehydrated and it gave me a 2nd win to be able to do the last 3 miles down the old bridle trail......we did the last hour of the hike in darkness...luckily we had headlamps

what time did you start? I plan to use Tuckerman's Ravine trail to the top of Washington. My last mountain was Greylock which was an 11 mile round trip and 8 hours up and down. I was 300 pounds and smoked. Its only 3400', Osceloa is 4300' so the 900 extra vertical feet will suck im sure...but its good training for Washington which I have been dreaming about since i drove up it in 2009.

but I'm pretty sure my drier permanently wrinkles anything I put into it. I ironed the sh*t out of my shirts yesterday and they're still wrinkled.

we left at like 145pm....if it wasnt for me needing lots of breaks they might have finished in 6-7 hours....yea washingtons a beast....my friend said baxter peak on mt Katahdin also kicked his ass for some reason....i think i luh dat ****...too bad i dont have a car to get to all of these places more often
