I'd try to keep your elbows underneath your wrists (move your hands wider, should have more power there and can cause shoulder pain at that angle).

This. I think there would be lots more rotation with a closer grip, and a lot more emphasis on the triceps. Not a big fan.

So with it starting to get hot I noticed some of my Quest bars were starting to get very soft. A little worried because I didn't want them to go hard if they got cool after being warm, and I didn't want my chocolate chips to melt... I contacted quest and asked them if they were okay to store in the fridge. Turns out thats actually how they recommend storing them so I made room and have them in my fridge now...

There is a point to this, anyways I pulled out a CCCD straight from the fridge, it was cold, and a bit hard but omg, I don't think I will eat them any other way, totally reminded me of pre made refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.

Have always done this with Lifelift bars crew checking in. Have a compartment for only protein bars in my fridge.
