-700 cals/day. Recently switched to carb cycling with sub-50g carbs for 4 days followed by a 500-600g carb-up. That pic was taken this AM before a carb up.

For carb depletion days eat a chitload of cheese, meat, eggs, nuts, and TONS of veggies and have sugar-free jello for desert
For carb-up days eat a chitload of bagels, candy, sweet potatoes, and chicken

Gjdm! I'm on that cutting time right now as well. Sadly starting to notice a strength decrease when I started carb cycling, so I had to adjust it to moderate carbs daily until I lose some more weight and will try carb cycling again later.

Before probably 22-25%

Now around 10-11%. Had it measured(calipers) at 12% at 192, and currently 189.

Bench went from 310 --> 300
Deadlift hasn't gone down...still 500
I haven't tried squatting singles but am still able to do 405x2.
