Gjdm! I'm on that cutting time right now as well. Sadly starting to notice a strength decrease when I started carb cycling, so I had to adjust it to moderate carbs daily until I lose some more weight and will try carb cycling again later.
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!
