do you just lift each end and slide the plates on? I feel like I'm killing my back doing this.

Don't be a pussy and just do it. I watched two guys load up 4 bars during each of their deadlift workouts tonight and they both got them off just fine. They didn't whine or complain about it either. You're blessed with the brain of the smartest species on this planet; figure it out.

don't think so, but whatever. maybe i am just being a bitch about it and being impatient or i am just weak lifting with one arm and removing with another
the dumbbells at my gym are hex shaped too so rolling might be hard but we'll see. I haven't done this in a long time.**Sets the thermostat in my room to 69 so they know crew**
