    I actually do a lot of cardio... also this is not how I normally look I'm actually very lean. Kind of carb bloated out of my ass in these pics.

    Hate to break it to you, but you're not very lean. Do yourself a favor and stop with the dreamer bulk denial, get shredded, and fix this. Take it from a guy who did the same thing you did and even worse, and corrected it.

    4k isn't unreasonable at all at his height. I need close to that much to get the scale to go up 2 lbs a month.

    I'd bet 25-30 lbs cut to get decently lean OP

    You can lean bulk, cut for a month and look ok or you can do that, be a fatass, cut for 3 months while losing gains and being miserable. Not mirin sorry man.

    To each man his own. I'm not about that slow bulk for a whole year... I intake around 50% carbs, 35% protein, 15% fat daily. I kind of was inspired by Frank Yangs 8k calorie bulk, lol. Definitely ready to lean up though.

    did you cut for a really long time or something? My maintenance got pretty retardedly low after I cut 50 lbs in ~5 months. Other than that you either have a really slow metabolism or something brah

    Pretty much this.

    I didn't mean to come off as a dick and I admit you look leaner in the second picture you posted. 4k is too much if you're steadily gaining fat, so cut up and then carefully re-evaluate the energy necessary for muscle growth and minimal to no fat gains.

    decent bulk brah, no before pics? you kinda look how i looked at the peak of my bulk, i'm on a cut now, lost 10 pounds so far and leaning out quite nicely. I'd say you look sick with about 20-30 pounds of fat loss.

    Again, judging by first pics. After seeing the second picture I'd say to get "shredded," easily 20 pounds. You're looking at decreased weight due to there being much less food in your body at any given time, reduced water, reduced glycogen, and fat loss.

    You'd be surprised at how much weight you can drop.
