What is going on brahs!
I recently purchased my dream home. Its in an urban setting and has a kickass view of the city, water and mountains. This has been my dream since I was 16 or 17. I never was able to make it back then due to a lot of complications, but after a lot of hard work and struggle, I have reached that goal!
I am very pleased and just wanted to share that with the rest of you.
My next goal is to smash out a couple small debts during 2014 .
Enjoy one of the views I have from my home. Motivates me every morning and every evening at sunset.

We will all make it!
Edit:
I live in a condo! Sorry for the confusion.

Awesome. Congrats, brah!
READ THIS: You know how your Visa gift cards usually end up with $0.63 left on them, so then you carry them around for months before you eventually just throw them away? Well, Tarck's here to tell you that most charities have a PayPal link on their website where you can quickly donate that balance (even if you don't have a PayPal account). It only takes a moment and it beats literally throwing money away. Thanks for your time; we now return to your regularly scheduled cuckold and FA threads.

Its actually just shy of 700 sf.
It was 160k out the door. I plan on keeping it forever as a secondary space, or selling it if I ever got some bogusly high offer in the future. That way I will always have a place in the city , a place to keep my parents if needed, a place to move my family if needed, etc. The possibilities are basically endless.

edit: 180k for a condo? This must be in America. No such thing is possible in Canada, unless you're buying somebody else's broom closet.***Unjustly mod negged crew***

Living in Seattle. To be quite honest with you, real estate is typically quite expensive in Seattle. I had a good real estate agent that found this for me within hours of it being posted. This condo would have ran 200-225K if it were for any other offer.
I pay 350 a month for maintenance fees, but not bad with a 920.00/month mortgage.
