I have acquired 5 college baseball players recently as clients and i need to figure out the absolute best programs for these players. 4 of the 5 are pitchers and the 5th is a catcher. Personally i think the goal here is to maximize there strength gains but also preserve flexibility and improve overall speed and quickness. Im not sure exactly what type of program would be the most effective. If anyone has any suggestions or has worked with these type of athletes and has experience please give me some feedback. I would like to hear what type of programs would be best as well as rep ranges that would be optimal. I always get great feedback here and i am looking forward to hearing everyones input. Thank you.
