Hello,
I have had my availability cut down significantly and can only make the gym 2 times per week.
I did a quick Google search and came up short on a WELL DESIGNED program to maximize strength.
I did see a lot of suggestions from people hacking together Push Pull routines from other workout designs and attempting to customizing them.
Are you aware of any actual 2 days per week workouts that are well designed?
Guide me in the right direction lol

You could probably just take something like Starting Strength or Bill Starr's 5x5 and do it only for 2 days a week.
