1. He said that there was research done in China to promote his $100 product in one of his older videos. The research has never been found.
2. He said only he knows about the "afterburner effect," when there were hundreds of articles about this online.
3. His video on how to boost testosterone was completely crap. He said that sex can increase test levels, but that has never been proven. I only read one article stating that sex can temporally boost test levels.
He said that high caloric and protein intake will boost test levels. More bs. That has never been proven, in fact fat has been proven to lower testosterone levels. Although protein intake is essential when building hormones including testosterone, excessive protein has never been proven to increase test levels.
He was also trying to sell his friend's book in his testosterone video.
On a side note he said scooby1961 was scared of him. Even though scooby1961 is virtually non profit. Lolllololol
Could these be the 3 biggest ever told by mike Chang in order to make money? Thoughts?

Mike Chang just needs to complete a workout or video with a shirt on for once, squat some actual weight, and shut the hell up. The only youtube channels I need is California Strength, EliteFTS, Elliot Hulse, and some BroScience for laughs

Op, that's your own fault. Watch wolf of Wall Street and realize you'll never be a wolf, lion, or bear. You're a sheep
"There is no question that belts assist in generating a few more Newton-meters (or foot-pounds) of torque in the torso through elastic recoil of a bent orso that is stiffened with a belt. However, if a neutral spine is preserved throughout the lift this effect is minimal. In other words, to obtain the maximal effect from a belt, the lifter must lift poorly and in a way that exposed the back to a much higher risk of injury!”
