This is a stupid post to most probably but being since powerlifters can typically be huge eaters I'm interested in the most you guys have ever ate in one day.
I had my 4th 10,000 cal day today and could eat way more (easily 13k). I was moving furniture for 3 hours then did GPP work. Last week I moved much heavier crap for 10 hours and only had 6k cals . Lunch today was 5K and Dinner was 5K. Last year I had 3 days in a row that were 10k with 1 almost 11k. Just seeing how many people can eat more than me.
I've been averaging 5k a day since starting the conjugate system last month.

Averaging 5k is not too difficult at all. 10k is a **** ton of food and I'm not sure you fully understand how much that is. But hey, prove me wrong and list what you ate.

5 wings - 1000 cals
4 cups diet tea - 20 cals
Vanilla bean Cheesecake - 970 cals
9855 cals. Just 145 cals shy lol. That'd be a cup of milk which I'm about to have before bed.Lifetime PR's

I think the main point is that unless you were weighing the food you don't know for sure. Yeah you can say that you had half of this or that at TGIFridays, but you don't know how many calories were in that food to begin with because restaurants often give a range in calories of what a given meal can be. They don't make it the same every time.
Either way I'm rambling a bit, I don't know what the most I've taken in a day is. I'm sure it revolved around pizza, wings, and beer (if that counts).Meet bests: 450/305/545

I feel like when I'm having those binge days, I don't count anything. That would defeat the whole purpose for me.
I can tell you that I downed an entire gallon of whole milk and 80 chicken nuggets in a single sitting once. Probably the single most disgusting thing I ever did tbqh.www.PowerliftingToWin.com

LOL it doesn't take a genius to know he's eating alot of calories, yeah he might be off by a few calories but not by much given the amount he's totalling, also for 3 giant slices of pizza that could be underestimated, some pizza slices are like 700 kcals a piece .
I usually only eat that much when I binge, when I bulk and I eat pretty normal after a while my appetite goes to complete hell and I struggle to break the 235 mark , like at that point I wake up bloated, the thought of food makes me want to puke, and I have to force feed and come up with some really really calorie dense food concoctions. I know for a fact I eat at least 4k - 6k cals when im around that weight, and eventually I just end up dieting down against because I have to work my appetite back up. Usually when I peak at this weight it's for maybe 3-4 weeks and then I just can't handle it anymore.
I'm not a whuss when it comes to food either, I'm a former fatty and was pretty much raised on fast food lol and my family is big on food and especially unhealthy foods . . So for me to lose my appetite is very hard.

No one said he isn't eating a lot of calories. All that is probably more than I could eat in a day and I outweigh him by a bit, the main point is that it is easy to over (or under like you pointed) estimate calories. I don't want to derail OP's thread though so that's pretty much all I'll say about that.

Around Christmas time I had 6-7k calories a day. Incredibly calorie dense foods and a few trips to McDonalds as I was far too lazy to cook my own food once I was done with everything else.
I typically struggled to eat 3k calories when I gain weight eating normal foods though. Dropping some weight on 2k/day at the minute and I've not been hungry once in the last 9 weeks. Non existent appetite is win in this instance.Single Lift

Yeah one of my best feats I guess was eating 13 slices of XL pizza in 7th grade when I only weighed 110 lbs lol.
I was raised on fast food as well. I didn't start gaining weight until I made my own money and ate more fast food and half a gallon of milk a day. Needless to say I'm over 20% bodyfat now around 175-180. I just love to eat. So hard for me to stick to a diet. Starting to do more GPP to burn some excess calories and keep my metabolism higher.
Just realized my calorie intake has spiked to average 5k a day when my girl and I have incredibly "active" like MINIMAL 3x a day lol. That's at the same time as starting our conjugate system which is a lot more fast paced than our old training.Last edited by musclehead09; 03-09-2014 at 06:07 AM.

When I used to weigh 300+ and decided to go all out, I could take in about 12k probably. Mostly in cheesy foods. Now I'm craving some quesadillas . Forever cutting.

Still a huge amount of food. People stare at me though and are like wtf how is he doing that at his size lol. Everyone on here has told me to up my weight so I got up to 180ish but I'm low to mid 20's bodyfat. I'm going to compete at 181 in 5 weeks but afterwards I want to cut just to 160 to feel better. I competed at 165 in November now I'll be with the 181's. Days I don't do any kind of activity I tend to get bloated before bed and feel fat as sh*t being above 20%.

Did the J Robinson 28 day wrestling camp back in high school, I bet I was between 6000-10000 calories per day for the whole duration. 3 meals in the meal hall everyday with unlimited entrees, chocolate milk and ice cream bars and usually having something like pizza before going to bed. Still could barely keep my weight up during the camp while drinking a few gallons of water every day.

Ok op, even if you did correct math, what is the point of eating like that? Unless you wanna be a fat POS who dies when he's 40? Eating all that food isn't helping you as much as you think. To each his own and if you wanna be huge and die early, do as you want. I won't judge. Otherwise you're eating all that for no good reason and you're not gonna see better results with that compared to just eating in a much much smaller surplus.

It was a one time deal. I actually lost a couple lbs from the night before because of moving furniture and being active all day when not eating. Ur right I would be a fat piece of **** but I don't normally eat like that. I'm actually cutting weight after my meet in 5 weeks because I am 20-25% bodyfat. I was just interested in seeing who could eat more. Apparently many people have ate the same. But again it's a 1 time thing.

Like I said, definitely the grossest thing I've ever done...
When I started lifting, I went from ~165 to ~245 in 9 months. And there was a 3 month cut in there where I went from ~200 to low 180s. lol. Squat went from 205x5x3 on Starting Strength to 445x5. I never actually stalled on the program. I just got so fat that I physically, mentally, and emotionally couldn't handle it anymore.www.PowerliftingToWin.com

Dear god that is a super strong improvement! And yeah true.
I did GSLP for 5-6 months and went from weighing 163 to 178. My knee had been sprained twice in the summer and previously I had squatted 260x5 at 160. At the start of GSLP recovering from injury I did 190x10 and got up to 275x5 at the end weighing 175-178. Being in the 20's for bodyfat I decided to stop gaining weight and maintain but Linear progression is hard as hell on a maintenance so I switched to conjugate and love it.Lifetime PR's
