I remember when I was 19-22, I would do shots all fuking night long, get destroyed, wake up the next day and be in the gym working out and hitting PRs by 11am.
Recently I have been giving myself a 3-4 drink limit, slamming down literally a gallon of water spread out between the boozing, and wake up the next day wondering if I'll even be able to get in the gym within 48 hours....
Anyone else know these feels?

how big are these 3-4 drinks that you're mixing up?
The muscles i value most are the ones directly surrounding the spine, the hips, the scapula, the femur and the tibia... in that order.
Basically the whole body minus chest and biceps... pretty much the opposite of what your local gym looks like on a typical Monday.

I know those feels. Went out after tests in grad school last semester. Felt awesome, assumed I could drink like I used to. Blacked out for the first time. Felt terrible for days.

i'm only 23 and i know these feels. hangover genetics of peace.
brb used to get bombed to oblivion til 2 or 3 and be ready for my 8am shift for my part time job
now if i drink more than 2 or 3 drinks of hard liquor im hung over the entire day. brb feeling better at like 11pm.
part of the reason i'm sticking to light beer more these days

Used to go out during college, get chit faced, wake up next morning, jog to gym, bust out a session, shower and walk home fresh as a daisy by like midday.
Now if I have a remotely heavy night my stomach is a mess the next day and I've barely recovered 4 days later.

Legit no hangover no matter how much I drink crew.....actually I keep it to beer and clear liquors....if I do shots etc..usually...sometimes crown. The brown stuff seems to light me up the next dat in my experiences. I only fuk wit clear now.

Know this feel, although I attribute it to my complete change in lifestyle compared to my teenage years. I live a really clean lifestyle now: eat right, train, sleep well, rarely drink. I think it hits me a lot harder because of this when I do drink.
*Look at reflection in car window and flex every time crew*
*Use half the roll to wipe after a poo crew*
*Fart in the gym and blame rotten smell on faulty ventilation crew*
*Fart at home and blame it on the dog crew*
*Watch neutron-star density poop mock me as water flushes around it and it stays put crew*
*Drive 2 minutes in the summer and back of shirt gets completely wet crew*
*Coffee black as midnight on a moonless night crew*
*Fat shame my cat on a daily basis crew*

honestly no this hasn't happened to me yet.
and i often consume other substances along with the alcohol which should make it worse.
i don't get trashed nearly as often since college though.
