bodyfat estimate please !!!
Current Stats: 178 lbs 11% bf (2013)
Ideal Stats: 190 lbs 7% bf (end of 2014)
Aiming for 18 inch arms and an overall aesthetic physique
Natural all the way

No. As far as I am from being anywhere near 5-6% it's pretty easy to know this isn't the case. 4-6% is competing level, something that most people can't maintain without going to the hospital. I'd say between 9-11%.Originally Posted by emmaxoxolove
