No... Get a quality and safe multivitamin. orange triad is a great choice. folic acid dangerous levels
The above mentioned multi by NOW is also a great choice... and cheap too. NOW has a some great products, all cheap.Contrary to popular belief, I dont actually bench 900lbs, as stated in my username.
Supplement Stack:
-Orange Triad
-CreaCore
-MusclePharm Fish Oil
-Caffeine Tablets
Nutritional ketosis requires explicit reduction of CHO intake to generally lower than 50 g/d and, for some, <30 g/d. Protein must also be restricted, often to <1.8 g/d per kg body mass and sometimes to < 1.2 g/d per kg, with remaining calories composed from fat.

Here you go brother, you don't have to spend a lot to get a quality multi. This one is under $12 for a month's supply and the serving size is just 4 small, easy to swallow capsules:

We wanted to give people a high quality multi at a great price. The forms of vitamins are very good like you pointed out. It's not flashy nor does it have a ton of extras to keep it in that price range.
One thing we always try to do with Universal is give a great value to consumers, we are the manufacturer, we don't have to charge you through the nose for a quality product. We make it ourselves we don't go through a 3rd party manufacturer.
A lot of people are also looking for a multi with a small serving size that is capsules and Uni-Vite fits that bill. For the price it's a great option.Last edited by naturalguy; 03-08-2014 at 07:38 AM.

chelation is just a general term that describes binding the mineral with other molecules. looking at orange triad, i'm wondering what it is bound to as it only states, for example, magnesium chelate....that can mean orotic acid, acetate, gluconate, picolinic or other amino acids, etc...products like NOW adam or gaspari anavite uses mineral chelates from Albion Labs that is specifically bound to amino acid glycine (which happens to be the simplest/easiest amino acid to bind to)...the degree/quality of chelation will vary--not only what it is bound to, but how it is chelated--and Albion is pretty much the gold standard...
and while some may argue that chelation is a natural process that occurs during digestive activity and therefore it has no advantage, i do prefer chelated minerals for its versatility even in less optimal digestive/competitive settings and over inferior inorganic salts like carbonate or oxide--and it is appreciated when that chelation is from a reputable company like Albion. i know orange triad has revamped their formulation in the past by listening to customer feedbacks (back when MV debates were raging) which is what i particularly like about CL--has a more connected/personal touch with their customers and this forum--so i'd like to see them continue to strive making better products....i take it for granted that no hearer of mine will misinterpret what I have to say as the language of cynicism
