so im trying to decide if should try and just concentrate on losing fat or just trying to gain muscle. ive been trying to do both its not working too well right now. so right now i am about 233 an 19% body fat according to my scale. and i kinda want to get down to about 10% body fat just so that i will be kinda cut. but i want to be big also, so im basically contradicting myself.
and for my work out i use my apartment gym (thats all i got right now)
first thing i do is 20mins of cardio either treadmill or elliptical. then i will start my work out. i either do chest, arms, back/lats, or core and i do leges every now an then i just don't have much to do with legs, and my legs are big already.
and some time i will go heavy or light with high reps.
so what i am wanting to know is what do you thank i should do. cut then get big or get big and slowey lose my fat. or what. i just wanted to get some ones opion that kinda knows something.

in are gym we dont have much but i am going to get a gym membership in about a mont or so. but we got dumbbells up to 50s. and when i do chest i do
flat dumbbell press
1st set 30lb 15 reps
2end set 40lb 10 reps
3rd set 50lb 8 reps
then i repeat with decline and incline.
next i will do the chest press.
1st set 150 15 reps
2end set 180 10 reps
3ed set 210 (stack) 10 reps
then i will do the peck deck but its the one you hold in your hands.
then last i will do dumbbell fly.

First off.... PHENOMENAL username choice. PHUCKING PHENOMENAL. One tip i'll give you, don't put legs on the backburner even if they're already big. Squat heavy. From your avi it looks like you have enough muscle mass to look good after a cut. Maybe post some more pictures so people can get a better look.

Judging from the pictures you posted, I recommend you cut. If you're really at 19 percent BF, I would cut to between 12 and 15 percent. Assess your progress once there and adjust accordingly.
This is only my personal opinion. I cut from 210 pounds to 150 in order to clean bulk and I couldn't be happier. And I thought I was done at 165! To see the best results from a bulk, start somewhat lean.
