Smile There anything I can do? Anything

    I'm 16 and 4 months.
I checked my height yesterday, and I 1.61m
At that moment I checked height calculator online, everyone, and it show me I will be 1.63~5ft4..
    my dad is 1.68.5m
    and my mom is 1.54.
There is a chance I will be 5ft5 or 5ft6 i just want normal height (165~1.67). but its say i wiil grow just 2cm. i see alot people 5 ft 6~5ft5... but no one is 5 ft 4..
i dont know what to do.
i start to sleep 8 Hours. that the only think i can do?
have people say they grow 5cm in age 16...
If I use a calculation of height, the height of the parents only, this means that the potential is 1.67m.
    what i can do?
I stopped working out at the gym, I heard that if you work poorly it can damage the growth, I can not risk it

    Please be nice.

Chances are you won't grow much from now on although 1.65m seems possible. It's true you still grow until around 21 years old but during those years the difference is minimal. BUT, we're not all the same. Maybe you'll have a late growth spurt or you will grow those 4 extra cm in these years. Who knows. If I were you I'd go see an endocrinologist just to make sure you have the optimal hormone levels. Good luck bro
