I remember when the thread was first posted and it doesn't even seem like that long ago. Seeing how much progress can be made with hard work and dedication is amazing and motivates me even though my situation is completely different. When I first started working out I was 110lbs and after 2 months I had put on 15lbs and I'm still putting on weight. Thanks for the motivation WB!

When I first saw this thread, (well the original one), I thought it was some kind of joke or something. Didn't even open it to read it.
Now, I saw the video and the transformation story and it nearly brought me to tears as well. And I want so much to follow your example and what you have done to get to where you are today.

Holy cow man that video was amazing. Really kicked me in the butt. I remember when you first made that troll thread, and I weighed what my current weight is set to. It's been years and I went all the way up to 388lbs while you have been going down. I've been slowly going down currently to 348lbs but this video has really shown me the potential of just doing more little things and how much they can add up. I'm going to keep doing that every day and when I make it I'm going to give you a huge thanks for saving my life.
