Jesse-
Sounds like you've hit a bit of a glitch, but are also doing some great things (like talking to a therapist). Hang in there! I am rooting for you!

it was the one time in my life, trolling paid off
Danke, but I simply can't take time off, not when I am this close. I am too terrified of slipping into old habits. Once I am at my goal weight + loose skin weight, I will let myself readjust
not by a long shot, but thats a good thing, truly. Keep lifting, dont do too much at once and just be consistent over the long term and you will be juicy in no time my friend
Word, thats exactly what I am going to do(392.4 lbs pounds lost so far)

You're 269lbs now?? Holy $hit, you've lost tons since I last checked your progress. Keep hustlin cuz. Every path to greatness has bumps along the way, you're meant to face a setback. Setbacks are opportunities to become stronger and better.

Keep on trucking Jesse. I tell just about everyone I know about you and they are always amazed. You'll hit road blocks but if your strength thus far is any indication of what you're capable of then I know you'll be fine. Get back on track, see your therapist regularly, and keep your hopes up that surgery will come soon.

Dude, you've lost almost 400 fricken lb. You can do this. You have and are inspiring people to take that first step. Everyone has some setbacks. As long as you don't let them become a permanent habit, you will crush them.
I tore my labrum in Oct of 2013, took 6 months off lifting. I had a neck issue in Feb of 2015, had to take another 3 months off. Labrum tear re-flared up and had to take another 6 weeks off. You can do this man.{Misc Fisherman Crew}

That is a good sentiment. I hate going backwards. I put a lot of pressure on myself with these weigh ins and its heartbreaking when I feel like I am going to disappoint the people who have done so much for me. Yet the pressure I put on myself leads to more problems and stumbles, so I am trying to get a good hold on it.
they are, and I am going to really keep myself in check these last days before weigh in. I am not positive it will fix everything, but I feel better all the same
Thanks man!
I wont rule it out!
yeah it can be easy sometimes to lose sight of the positive things that have happened when negative things are happening. Its important for me to try to keep the big picture in perspective. I am not always good at that.
hey hey! good to see you brother
they were some pretty huge mistakes all back to back, but nothing I cant fix

Hey WB, so proud of your progress so far.
How do you like the Apple health thing that you're using? From what I've seen using an apple watch it's not that great.
Anyways, I still have my Garmin 310XT (which is an amazing running/cycling/swimming watch) that I can send you. Garmin Connect is amazing and even connects to MyFitnessPal. I went from 270 lbs to 217 lbs in like 3 months because I used the data from the watch as motivation (trying to beat last week's miles, time, etc.). i swear, if there's one thing better than the feeling after a 6+ mile run, it's the amount of food you can eat due to the amount of calories burned
Let me know man

The health kit is okay, needs some major improvements. I am a big sucker for data. I like having updated stats, even moreso because my weight loss is so public. I am extremely interested in the garmin connect, you said it can be used swimming too? That would be huge for me this winter, as I will need some cardio to replace my cycling, and swimming is something I cannot currently get data on. I'll shoot you a pm

I hope the therapist can help you with finding balance. You obviously don't want to slack, but there's no need to have such a fearful relationship with food. I fully believe you can find a place where you can really enjoy food, cooking, beer, whatever, and still maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Good luck!Cologne Crew

Much appreciated, I hope I can find that balance too. I would love to be able to just have something I am craving, feel no guilt, and move on without thinking about it, but thats just not how I am wired as of now. It doesn't help that my over-stressing of it all has resulted in good results consistently. It has been teaching me that these behaviors are okay, even though I know, in truth, its not sustainable or particularly healthy.

Haven't checked this thread in a while, but holy hell...269 lbs?! You've lost the equivalent of two grown men! Keep it up buddy, hoping for the best.
