I hope you're trolling...apparently you haven't read through all 3 threads to notice how much hard work and dedication Jesse has put into completely changing his lifestyle. A year ago the guy couldn't even shower, barely walk...now he's in the gym makin' gainz like a boss....might wanna take a day and look back at all 3 threads before you ask such an idiotic question

I understand your sentiments, but calm down a bit and hold off on the insults. The last thing we want to be is rabid about Wetbreasts. The guy probably just didn't know and plus, you've got to admit that going through the ENTIRETY of all three threads is big slog and a metric phuckton of reading.
We may want to get an updated FAQ posted on Jesse's behalf to avoid such questions in the future.

I understand it is a phuckton of reading but even if you just look at the 1st page of this thread and maybe the last 10 pages you can pretty well get the point. I wasn't trying to insult the guy it's just aggravating when someone shows up randomly is the thread and the first question they ask is "Have you considered gastric bypass?"...I mean c'mon

There was a time when I wouldn't have ruled out any path to losing the weight. When I first started especially. I truly didnt believe it could be done or that I would be able to stick with it long enough.
Now though, I realize that for my situation, it is unnecessary. I have seen big results from just doing it the old fashion way.(392.4 lbs pounds lost so far)

Yes, I remember hearing that when I went to a seminar about getting it done. In truth though, when you weigh so much that you are considering getting it and have the depression/despair that goes with it, many of the would be patients don't necessarily mind the risk of death. Very thankful and fortunate to be beyond that point
Had a great Christmas! New years im going to just take it easy and avoid cheating. As for Racquetball, liking it is an understatement, I am IN LOVE with the game. I only wish I had more people to play with. I play with my only two RL pals, but I always want to play more games than either of them do. I just have limitless energy for that game. Its so much fun! If I had my way I would literally play it everyday of the week!
Happy New years and I won't miss that roll tide game!
thank you bud, I do hope so!(392.4 lbs pounds lost so far)

Holy fuark dude you're going to make it.
Newcomer to this thread but jesus christ you're killin it. You didn't just dip your toes into the idea of losing weight, you fuakin dived straight in.
I see a lot of these changes with large amounts of excess skin left afterwards, how do you plan to address this?Belief without evidence is a fools game.

Maybe we need a new thread with updated faq for the new year? You could easily lose 140 pounds this year, if you lose an average of 5 pounds every two weeks putting you at around 200. Also don't forget the muscle you're putting on.

This is why, until you sort out pre-existing hormonal conditions (thyroid, testosterone, cortisol, over-production of ghrelin etc.) I honestly don't think it's possible that you'll make it. You didn't reach 600lbs out of a "love" for food. I believe there's something going on, hence why you slip back into bouts of over-eating. Check all hormones possible. Just being realistic

skin surgery at some point down the road
ill make a new one at some point this year, but I like to wait till this one is full
it was just a short misstep. I am already back on track. It would only be a problem if it continued. Even if there are some underlying conditions, its can be defeated with sufficient willpower and determination. I also think many people likely stumbled as I did, around the holiday.
I would note that I am making up for it today by not having any alcohol or even a single non clean meal for new years
Thanks bud, you too
appreciate you taking the time to read all this, and thanks for the kind words(392.4 lbs pounds lost so far)
