WOW! I know I'm late to the party ..but I have read your story, what an inspiration! Keep it up!
The misc related contributions and help sure is touching to read.
As many have already said, I'm sure we'll see you telling your story on TV one day.
I'm currently 350lbs+ and have sometimes wondered if I'm kidding myself whether I can shift my fat ...That was before seeing this thread, congrats on all your accomplishments so far, long may it continue!Instagram: mavmuscle

So glad you could read it and you most certainly will be able to lose this weight. Just take it slow and focus on building a routine that you stay consistent with. You will be shocked how fast the time goes by and just how quickly you can achieve things that you never before dreamed possible
it was a good read, I definitely was trolling. It was the one time in my life trolling resulted in something unbelievably positive

It is a great friend who i've been pals with since high school. We talked daily on skype during my many years of isolation, but we hadn't actually hung out in a very long time when I had started losing the weight. Now, me and him meet for racquetball at least once a week and go cycling once a week. This past weekend we did 22 miles. He is also the guy pictured in the bodybuilding article with me in the racquetball picture.
Appreciate it! and me too
oh wow, didn't realize they had included the story in the email. It is extremely cool of bodybuilding.com to do. I have been getting emails from people who just encountered the story and it is very inspiring
welcome to the thread and thank you so much, you are kind to say so
lol'd, thanks man
feeling pretty darn good too, to be honest
thanks a ton, me too, and really glad to have had you following along all this time. Been a wild ride.

I know I'm late to the party Jessy, but this is what I use to cut holes in my belt, without cutting my fingers to the bone or degloving my fingers with a drill, just put the blade on the back of the belt, squeeze and rotate.
Looking great in the suit brah, can't wait to hear how the interview went.

DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUDE that is phucking amazing! You should be on one of those tv shows with fat people complaining about genetics, but then you step in and prove them wrong. But srs great job man!
Now your goal should be to gain muscles so you can eventually deadlift your old bw!
