Keep up the good work WB! I'm looking to try to keep my momentum with my weight loss, was losing like3-5 lbs a week, dropped down to like 1-2lbs a week. This week doesn't look like I lost at all. Dk if it has to do with starting back to lifting weights.
Keep at it get rid of all the weight you can before a plateau and just know if you do plateau you just gotta find something to change up and you'll be right back at it.
