wasup playas, I had another log tracking my 8 month bulk through this winter but that's over now. put on some good muscle and now Im ready to become shredded. this log is to track my macros and maybe some strength PR's because I don't plan on losing strength.
current lifts:
Bench- 275lbs
Squat- 365lbs
Deadlift- 455lbs
weight: 210-215
goal: 185lbs
timespan: 3months
Diet: ketosis
meal 1: eggs/broccoli
meal 2: tuna/spinach
meal 3: chicken Breast/broccoli
meal 4: healthyfats/protein shake
now here the problem.... I do Muai thai, Wrestling, Tennis, and I work a full time job so Im not so sure how many calories I burn in a average day with those variables.
I'll just see how much I lose with 3000 calories/day
lookin at something like 200 proteins/100 fats/ 15 carbs (To be adjusted)
