    uh no. It's distracting to some and gives wrong feedback, especially things like depth on squat

    but reracking backwards is dumb.

    If anything the bar path should be more in a straight line. Maybe create a "shelf" for the bar higher up near your clavicle. Not really a h00ge deal but thats my critique.

    I noticed my bar path isnt completely vertical too. Ill try the shelf thing and see if it helps. Thanks
