Most prohormones expire in 2-3 years. I've heard that gel caps last up to 4 times longer than dry caps because they are completely sealed and prevent oxygen from leaking in. Also, store your prohormones in a cool, dry place, away from light. Moisture is the biggest cause of breakdown.Originally Posted by localloadie

3 is usually what supp companies put on the labels, but i'm sure you can squeeze another year or two safely...

I'd like to see some more info on it, but there will always be a loop hole around these things.....the problem is, the hole just keeps getting smaller and smaller

There is no ban, the prohormones and steroids currently being made will not be sold in commercial outlets after cGMP goes into full effect.
