Hey guys!!! I had to quit lifting for hockey and trying to get back into a bulking routine. how does this look?
m chest/abs
t back/calves/traps
w legs/abs
t chest/calves
f shoulders/traps/abs
s off
s off
my chest is def my lacking point and want to force it to grow. any ideas on how to make it better or does it look good? Thanks for the time guys, I am great full for any answer or comment.
