Help with allowed foods!
ok so i'm in college and basically i eat what the cafeteria has
from this list of foods, can someone tell me what i can and can't eat
thanks so much
cheeseburgers, no bun
scrambled eggs (fake cafeteria kind)
bacon
turkey sausage
ham
pork
cottage cheese
cream cheese
jelly
almonds
peanut butter
skim or whole or 2% milk
cucumbers
tomatoes
lettuce
mushroom
bell pepper
squash
sweetpotato
cauliflower
broccoli
shrimp creole
eggplant
gravy
spinach
cabbage
onions
apples
cantaloupe
lunch meat (turkey, ham, roast beef)
american cheese
shredded cheddar
pepperjack cheese
provolone
also, i read that trans fat is bad but saturated fat is good...
can someone tell me some trans fat foods so i will stay away

milk contains lactose
jelly & squah may contain sugar except the sugar-free ones
sweet potato = starchy veggie
gravy = may contain starchy thickening agents
apples & cantoloupe contain fructose
eggplant & tomatoes = low-oderate Carb veggies
luncheon meat = processed meat so may contain preservatives and sugar
