Beta alanine is proven to work for sure as a lactic acid blocker, but it does cause a decrease in L-Taurine levels, which can in result lower energy levels and inability to concentrate. I would definitely recommend it over any preworkout to anyone though
EC i already explain why its bad
Apple Cider Vinegar can cause stomach problems due to acidity and there isn't much research backing up its benifits

ZMA is useless for test boosting mainly used for falling asleep due to the magnesium which helps claim you down. Joint support is useful as it does help rebuilt cartilage but does cause dependency (try stopping OT and benching again, gg shoulders lol). Preworkouts in general are stupid, increase your cortisol levels via stims, and also the stim based ones are vasoconstrictors which negate the vasodilators.
