Take 1-2 tbs of good quality Apple Cider Vinegar before bed each night.
Make sure to brush your teeth well after you take the vinegar.

I've been taking Jamie Eason's anti-bloat for about a week now. Started out fine but last couple of days they are making me cramp up something fierce. Going to lay off for awhile and see what happens.

Apple Cider Vinegar won't come close to comparing to a diuretic. A digestive aid, maybe.

Lowering carbs is the only thing that has ever made any real difference on my bloating. But I hate low carb...
