    Carb Cutting for Vegans?

I am really new to bodybuilding but not to fitness, for the past year I have been eating on a vegan diet, I haven't had any problems gaining muscle but now that summer is almost here i'm stuck as far as how to approach cutting. The problem is, the general consensus of people have told me in order to cut body fat I should lower my carb intake below 70 grams daily. However, since most of my protein comes from beans, nuts, vegetables, and grains in order to reach my daily protein intake I also seem to inevitably eat a lot of carbs. It seems the lowest I can go for carbs while still taking in enough protein is 110 g.
    Any advice is much appreciated.

this is a bunch of nonsense don't listen to the cutting your carbs broscientist...

to lose weight you must be in a caloric deficit...

    1g per lb of protein
around .45g per lb of fat
and the rest of your calories can be carbs protein fats whatever the phuck you want and still lose weight as long as your calories are in check

Assuming you meant BW, I think you can safely get away with .82.

At age 15, and 149, why are you trying to "cut?"

get a pea protein powder if its a problem. It's vegan
the 1lb of bw rule is broscience on its own and was probably created by supp companies so you would buy more protein powder.

straight from the sticky if read it

    for protein

Moderate bodyfat, Moderate training load, moderate calorie = 2.0-2.6g per kg TOTAL weight (about 0.9-1.2g per pound)

and in his case it becomes even more important due to the low caloric intake
