Anybody else off that pop tart time? Brb 1 pop tart = 200 cals and 2 servings of Dreyers Slow Churned = 240 cals.

Lol definitely will do .. i'll make sure to start counting.. just have to find what my maintenance actually is.
i'm qualified to tutor pretty much everything from Calc 1 (A+) to Differential Equations (A-) .. Although Calc 2 was def my low point (for various reasons both inside/outside schooling) .. everything I learned came from either:

Haha - I still have 2 poptarts on either Saturday or Sunday depending on how I work it, so an entire box lasts me a month (current one lasted longer as I skipped them last week after eating lunch with my parents). But on a regular basis?
Maybe some people can do it - but it just opens too many doors lol. On an unrelated note, I'm home earlier than usual tonight - I think I might throw on 'A Fistful of Dollars'. Hnnghgh westerns <3*Workout Journal: We form like Voltron: BoB/Exane/NWSkier/Gin/Hamzzza/Applecat*

This. Wouldn't eat them even if they were good, too expensive/10.

Unfortunately? That sounds like an awesome vacation to me lol

Pretty sure that Dreyer's has the same flavors and macros as Edy's. Can't confirm it, just going off a couple of MFP entries.
I'm still eating poptarts.<<<***BMC***>>>

I love Texas Method. I ran it in my last bulk, squats went from 325x5 to 390x5/410x3 in 4-5 months. Unfortunately the diet got out of hand, I got real fat, and lost all my gains on a 10+ month cut. So far it's going good, I started squats at 300x5 (though I hit 310x5 a few weeks before I started), up to 325x5 now.
As for size gains, keep in mind it is a strength training program. Like any other strength training program, there will likely be some size gains, but it's not going to pack on the mass as well as a hypertrophy based program. The 70'sBig e-book does spell out some tweaks that can be made to the program for more hypertrophy.
As for assistance, I keep it very minimal. So far I've really only done weighted pullups for assistance. I also just started doing hammer curls to strengthen my forearms because they take a beating from all the squat and bench volume. Romanian deadlifts are probably the next assistance exercise I would add. I also do cleans, but that isn't so much for assistance as it is for my desire to get more into the olympic lifts.
