I know that BTBAM was doing 24 hour fasts last year (?) and seemed to enjoy it (I think he was doing 36/12 or something similar) I could be remembering wrong, but I think he said workouts were still going along great.
I really am about 2 meals everyday (~1-2 pm and ~9-10pm). Saturdays is basically just 1 meal lol. So I'm into hear how your approach works for you.
Edit: From his site
Sample setup
12-1 PM or around lunch/noon: Pre-workout meal. Approximately 20-25% of daily total calorie intake.
3-4 PM: Training should happen a few hours after the pre-workout meal.
4-5 PM: Post-workout meal (largest meal).
8-9 PM: Last meal before the fast.*Workout Journal: We form like Voltron: BoB/Exane/NWSkier/Gin/Hamzzza/Applecat*

lol that is me to a T. If you drew a line around my waist below the naval it's be a little bit of fat below the belly button, then almost none, then as you approach the love handles it grows more and more until you get to the stronghold that is the low back. Same on both sides.
24hrs, twice a week I eat dinner then don't eat until dinner the next night. I do it on weekdays so I'm at work busy, and obviously on non workout days. Its a breeze for me to get through, and I feel very clear headed and alert while in the state so I think it works well for me. I eat around maintenance the other 5 days of the week. Not even tracking cals/macros (loosely in my head as I have a pretty good idea what to eat). I've only been doing it since the beginning of last week so too early to make any assessments.
see above bro
ab section is like identical, chest is different and he's obviously more built at his height/weight.

see above bro, 1-2 24 hr fasts per week. I had read the ebook last year and was intrigued, never tried it though. Reread it a few weeks ago and decided to give it a go. I've been looking for something like this oversimplified where I can get away from tracking macros. It will make a precise RD impossible but I'll do my best to add food back in slowly after the cut. I'll also reduce the fasts to once a week while in the reverse/maintaining. May even continue with the lean bulk so I can binge on cals 6x a week and fast 1.

Nice brah - interested in seeing how it works out the next few weeks. I think it wouldn't be too bad going dinner-dinner on non-workout days. Like you said, work would make it a bit easier. And on those days you're at maintenance, I am guessing that you're still following your normal eating? Keep hustlin' cuz - can't believe you're already at 205, fuuuuuuark! I spent last week being up 5 lbs over where I should have been, but it looks like weight is back on track. Beef stick sodium must have done me in.*Workout Journal: We form like Voltron: BoB/Exane/NWSkier/Gin/Hamzzza/Applecat*

lol at the gif, I literally died when he zoomed in on those dead eyes.
Yeah it's a different approach, one I didn't think I'd ever be doing but I'm lovin it. Fasts are easy man, after a while you're not even hungry, and when its time to eat that day I just eat a normal sized dinner and I'm done for the day. Das it mane. I'm gettin lean bro if this keeps up I should be done by May 1. Staying lean forever after that I swear, I'm hoping this is the trick (fasts). I've obviously yet to see any long term results or if this will work i a gaining phase so who knows. You're gonna make it brah, I wanna see you diced by summer. I know you can do it greg just tell the parents not to bring over any candy.
yup exactly bro, after a while it's nothing. I've been doing 16+ for so long now another 8hrs is like nothing
