Went out on Friday night like I said and woke up Saturday dry as phuck at 181. This morning I was up to 184.8 and even after downing like 2 gallons today I'm currently at 192 lol. Dammit...

havent had any increases in weight from refeeds thus far, so upped the carbs from 400 to 530 today to see what happens!

Had a big ass Refeed day on Friday, 600g worth.
Weighed myself today, and I'm back at my weight I was that Friday morning prior to refeeding.

Ended cut at 174.5, been averaging about .75-1lb/week till I got to 3k cals last week and now I'm just hanging out at 3k for a bit. Went out with coworkers Fri night, drank, ate a burger which was ham, bacon, cheeseburger, mayo, between 2 texas toast grilled cheese sandwiches. Piece of advice, don't eat one of those if you wanna get yucky. Got home and puked not from the alcohol but from the burger lol.
I'm 192 at this current moment from loading up on a 1/2 gal in last 20 minutes + ate a big meal and some ice cream. Chit happens, bottomed out Saturday because I was dehydrated now its the bloat I have to slowly wait to go away with high water intake this week. Just silly that in 24 hours I can swing 10-12lbs purely from water retention and a meal.follow me on IG @ampUP11

just prepped chicken breast + roasted potatoes with italian seasoning for lunch for tomorrow. also habanero bbq almonds, sundried tomato and basil wheat thins, some home-made fruit salad(blueberries, strawberries, apple), and greek yogurt are prepped/portioned out for tomorrow. my anus is peppered for deliciousness.

Lunch- Turkey Sandwich
Snack- Nuts
Snack- Salad w/ Chicken
Dinner- Chicken with rice
Post workout- Turkey sandwich with fruit
guys this is my general diet for each day. does it seem alright?
